WIRE FRAUD ALERT — Criminals are targeting financial transactions by intercepting emails and sending fraudulent wiring instructions. To protect your funds: Always verify by phone. Before wiring any funds, call your loan officer to verbally confirm all wiring instructions. Never rely solely on email. We will never change wiring instructions by email. If you receive an email claiming our wiring instructions have changed, consider it fraudulent and contact us immediately. Confirm receipt. After initiating any wire, call your loan officer to confirm the funds were received. Belaire Private Capital will never ask you to wire funds to an account without prior verbal confirmation.
